Onion Zone is a special kind of team event. It’s a hilarious, unexpected adventure to the center of the Onionverse (yup, that’s not a typo.)
It’s designed to boost team morale, relieve stress, & connect with each other through the power of play. It’s also just a super fun way to get the team together and have a really good laugh! Our experience is aimed to forge bonds, build some serious team engagement & celebrate life. It’s weird & wonderful and we’re confident your team will love it.
🧅 HOW IT WORKS
Three days before the event we send out a short mystery video teaser & email to the team. This helps build anticipation and excitement! Now picture this: The day has arrived. We’re all on some type of odd spacecraft about to launch into the unknown. *Engine sounds turn on” and hasta la vista, Earth! 👋
As we approach our destination we are faced with 7 unknown planets who won’t let us pass unless we help them out a bit. Each of these planets has a special challenge (game) for us to complete. The games are a mix of team-based games, conversational, creative, musical, and even physical games. Each game lasts between 5 & 20 minutes so you’ll never be stuck with the same group! Some of you will make it. Some won’t. (we’ll still love you, though.)

The Great Hunt
An epic GIF-fueled scavenger hunt through Google Docs where teams of 4 are challenged to complete a series of five creative & playful challenges around their homes! Great to get people moving and is a great way to beat Zoom fatigue.

Around The World
Collaborative, funky music experience where participants jam with different sounds to create an electronic song together. We record the song and send it to the team as a souvenir.

7 Second Stories
Creative drawing game where participants are asked to draw (not write) on pen & paper something in just 7 seconds. The result? Terrible & hilarious drawings that will inspire some good old-fashioned storytelling.

Burning Questions 🔥
+ How much does it cost?
Our prices vary from 20 to 30€ p/p. It depends on the group size, duration of the event and extra features. Typically, a 1.5h event for a group of 30 people starts at 700€. Get in touch with us for a customized quote! 👋
+ How do you build connection with so many people?
For many of the activities we divide groups into smaller teams using breakout rooms. Don’t worry though, groups are constantly changing so you’ll never get bored! We have a nice mix between group and team games. We also love using different platforms like Bramble, Spatial and/or Gatheround for large groups. 🦙
+ Can you help us spice up our own upcoming event?

+ How long is the event?
The length of the event is flexible from 60 minutes up to 2 hours. The ideal lenght is 1.5h. (trust us, it goes by super quick!) 🚀
+ It is just play or will we actually bond?
Our events are a beautiful & healthy mix of both. We don't get to deep (& never bring up childhood traumas.) That's not what we're about. However, we do encourage people to open up a bit using the power of play!

+ How large can the group be?
We can manage groups of all sizes, and we can use additional rooms or split schedules for very large groups. From 15 to 300. Just let us know and we’ll bring the magic! ✨
