    We are serious about play. We use awesome games and juicy conversation prompts to cut straight through the ice and get to the juicy (even smelly) part of the onion. That’s right, there’ll be very little small talk here.

  • Connect 👋

    We constantly switch between break out rooms so you can actually talk & share with the people in your group. The Onion attracts a certain type of persona - usually light-hearted, creative and fun humans! We’re sure you’ll connect with some awesome folks!

  • Get Inspired 🚀

    Our aim is for you to leave this event feeling energised & inspired! We can almost guarantee that you’ll leave with at least useful idea or connection. (we can’t actually guarantee is but you’ll have to trust us!)

Burning Questions

Do I really have to bring an onion with me?

You most certainly do! If you don't have one get creative ;)

How much does it cost?

We have a range of different prices - depending on how you’re doing financially (and emotionally.) The suggested amount is 10€ 🙂

How often does this happen?

Whenever the Onion calls - every 3 weeks.

What about Zoom fatigue?

96% of our participants say they felt energised after the event! We use an amazing platform called Gatheround which will help combat Zoom fatigue.

Is it a whole hour?

No, we lied. Onion Hours are usually 1,5h. We can guarantee that time will fly by. Remember, this ain't your grandma's webinar.

Do you do this for companies?

Absolutely! Come along to experience the event first hand - on the house! Just let us know in the form :)

Will you make me do weird things in public?

We promise we'll never put you on the spot or make you speak in public if you don't want to. Throughout most of the event, you will be in 1-to-1 sessions or in very small groups - so don't worry about that! #introvertswelcome

How many people attend?

To keep it cozy, we cap the event at 25 people.

Can I bring a beer?

Sure thing! Onion cocktails are encouraged.
